About the Cell

The Career and Counselling Cell at Mawlai’s School of Technology (MST) is established to assist students in realizing their career aspirations and achieving holistic development. The cell focuses on academic guidance, career counselling, soft-skill enhancement, and emotional support for students of all programs — Diploma, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate.

The cell functions as a bridge between students, faculty, and potential employers by organizing seminars, workshops, placement drives, and personal counselling sessions. Trained professionals and faculty mentors work collaboratively to ensure the mental well-being and career readiness of every student.

Objectives of the Counselling Cell

To provide career guidance and counselling to students from diverse academic backgrounds.
To organize career development programs such as mock interviews, resume workshops, and aptitude tests.
To assist students in managing stress, anxiety, and academic challenges through personal counselling.
To facilitate internship and placement support through industry collaborations.
To promote holistic development — intellectual, emotional, and professional.
